account locked needs code to login

I shouldn't have contacted supercell in there help and support there no of help they lock my account even more

Hello, I have notified the support that someone has connected to my account. then my account has been locked. I can't get back to the support even though I write many times. only automatic messages arrive. I want help on how to open my account.

That happened to one of my accounts last night.
To those who dont believe this is possible, i have screenshot proof that this occurred.
D4nvers, press Help&Support on the message that appears.
Tap any topic, and select not helpful.
They will ask you for:
Original name (if any),
Estimated account creation date,
All devices and models the account is on,
And if you bought gems, upload a receipt or the receipt number.

Multiple people, including myself, have informed Supercell that they aee randomly being forced offline due to a bug that makes the server think that there is another device trying to log in to their account.
Many people freak out, and contact Supercell in-game, only to be locked out of their accounts.
As for myself, i can confirm that 1) My Supercell ID email address was not compromised and 2) I never shared my account information with anyone.
When is this going to be fixed?

i dont think that there is an issue. no one here is able to look into your files. reading one of your previous thread make me think you might have shared some details.

anyway when did you recieve the code? my only problem is i dont rember when i created my account if only i didnt bind it on supercell id i wont have any problem even though i tap remember on this device it keep logging out

U go to setting by u phone,then google setting open u email and try find aplication 3rd and u can see date for acces u game

U can share picture how id u locked??

i use android well its locked because i keep switching with my other account i tap on remember on this device but kept logging out and yes sends me codes whem you login right and thats it locked ive been taking my time playing that and just because of that it disappear wont have problem if i didnt bind it in supercell id and just stay with google play damn i regret that lol

do you mean you switch between multiple village but differently saved? (one village supercell id and other village with gplay)
than you have to use a new verification code everytime. move all your villages to supercell id and you will see the benefits.

Its google play and i bind it on supercell id several days ago and i switch with my other account but everytime i go to my other account it goes logging out even after tapping remember on this device and thats it it got lock dont you underdtand lol anyway the help and support saying conversation closed even though not answered yet the h

switching between villages should not lock you out. never heared about it. a picture of what you see would help. because people use "locked" for different terms which arent "locked".

switching between supercell id and other login methods doesnt work well. save all your villages with supercell id and you can easily switch your villages without new verification codes.

well its just did locked my account when its on google play i dont have that problem i switch many times on google play no problem only after binding on that supercell id it keeps logging out even after tapping remember on this device so that would always ask for a code when logging in and got locked do you understand or not welp im out of here

do you mean you got 24hour lockout for too many attempts?

and as said before switching between supercell id and gplay login will always force you to use a new verification code.
switching between supercell id and supercell id doesnt need a new verification code.


another "lockout" situation is "lockout for security reason - enter unlock code". this would be something complete different.

and thats what i meant though english is not my first language but its not 24 lock out for too many attempts its this lockout for security reason - enter unlock code i hope my account will be back im on that help and support but it would say conversation closed after answering the question like what devices and if you change your name and so on i just want it back i want to play it back thanks for taking your time with me though

okay than only ingame support is able to generate the unlock code. normaly it doesnt happen for switching accounts. maybe you shared your village or device or email details or someone tryed to recover your village and for that your account is locked until support verifes ownership.
they will ask you some questions and you have to answere them as correct as you can.

Well i did share my email with my partner but she helps me with that account though and yes she helps me recover after getting locked but not anymore because i told her what if her account get locked too huhu but anyway conversation closed after answering the question why is it? is something wrong with it? Huhu i really need help its such a waste if it would be gone and my time too even my partner anyway im the only one using my account when it did got locked well my point here is it wouldn't got locked if i didnt bind it on supercell too only google because for how many months playing without it and switching that didnt happened

the real problem in big. it is the reason for your issue. all you can do is to stop your partner from playing your village and contacting the ingame support.

account sharing is forbidden.
contacting support in behalve of someone or try to recover wvillages which arent yours is also forbidden.

hope support helps you instead of banning you.

it is not because you switch accounts. you share your village which is forbidden and supercell could ban your village permanently. no one will get banned or locked the account just for switching between supercell id.

Account sharing with ANYONE is a breach of Supercell's terms of service, and can result in a permanent ban in-game.
