I'm wall farming so I only had 70k gold but still... I should be able to find a raid with 150-200k gold, not these 80k raids. Also I'm farming Gold2 at th8, that's where the sweet spot is. I found plenty of inactives they just had lvl 6 mines. A total of 35k gold... Not worth it.

See this right here is what confuses me so much. A guy came into the loot update thread and posted pictures of his raids. They're amazing. It great loot and if that's what the system is supposed to look like than I'm all for this update.

However, I am 5 trophies below him, 5, and all I find is sub 100k basses. So if the loot system isn't bad (which if his screens are any indication it isn't) than the matchmaking is completely messed up. There is no other feasible explanation for how he can find 200k+ raids within three minutes 5 trophies higher than me and I'm lucky to see more than one 150k raid a day.

What town hall level are you?
Also, how much do you search?
You have to search to find those raids.

If you had thought about it you would have taken those collectors and lesser raids to not run out... you should have noticed how low on gold you were. On my TH7 I was wall farming and when I had 10k gold left I would just go and get 80k so I could search a lot.

Th8 and I search until I get bored. So that's anywhere between 10 minutes and 20. And obviously it doesn't take long at all when his raids are 3-5 minutes apart.
