Supercell Email ID now can be change twice !! Thank you so much SC Support Staffs

Thank you so much Clash of clans help and support staffs. Today I accidentally deleted my account registered gmail id. I thought my mini TH 11 is gone forever because I heard that Supercell ID can be change for only one time. Second time recovery is not possible. So I got scared. Then I think to contact Supercell support staffs if there any possibilities to recover my account. So I contact them and explain my problem. So They asked me a bunch of questions for account owner verification. After successful verification, my mini account is now connected with new email id. Great support provided by SC. Very thankful to you.

are you sure that they havent used your one time account recovery?

Exactly. This should be verified, and I do think SC won't do that for obvious reasons... .to be honest, I'm not sure this should be on the forums without verification, because others will derive 'rights' [entitlement] from it, which might lead to more problems....

No. They said it possible. They took 12 hours of time to recover my account.

what did they said exactly. because email change was an one time only thing which used the one time account recovery.
with introduction of supercell id we got the option to link our village with a new email account and with the option to opt out from supercell we got another "email change". i know that opting out from supercell only works one time.

so i assume that you have used your one time account recovery.

Yup I know that. My village was already connected to SC ID. But accidentally I deleted the account instead of deleting other services that linked to that account. So I told them the whole incident via in game support. They just said It possible and gave me a bunch of questions for verification. So I gave them exact answer what they were looking for. So after few hours later, they said account verification successful and give them new email id that I want to connect with my email. So Provide that and waiting for it. So again few hours later they said SC ID successfully changed. That's it

than it was your one time opting out from scid (and support moved your village to the new email account) or it was your one time account recovery.
out of your post it is not clear what they have done.

Support staff disconnect myv village from old SC ID and linked to new SC ID. That's the matter :)

Supercell Support handles things however Supercell Support decides. Please don't attempt to make official proclamations about Supercell Support's policies. Even if you did recover your account twice (although I'm skeptical because everything you posted up to this point describes just one account recovery), that doesn't mean that Support can or will do it for anyone else. There are very good reasons why we have forum rules that prevent players from dictating official policy or sharing their personal correspondence with Support. Be sure to observe all forum rules for posting.

5. Do not attempt to claim to represent or speak on behalf of Supercell if you are not a Moderator or Supercell employee. Do not deliberately and/or maliciously spread false information about Supercell games, moderators or employees.
19. You may not discuss publicly any (disciplinary) actions taken by staff, moderators or support such as banning, closing forum threads, deleting forum posts / threads etc. Also, posting publicly any private messages / emails, regardless of topic, you have received from either staff, moderators or support is prohibited.
