I've been hanging around 1700. Nice mix of th8s with full storages and inactives.
Be at 1700-1800. Loots are very good at here for th 9 with mixup of th 8 and many inactives

I've been at 1700-1800 depending on how full my storages are
(I drop to 1700 to avoid TH10 owning me, when storages are full)
It seems the higher I go (1800-1900) the inactives have maxed collectors, but are more scarce
& the lower I go (-1700) the inactives have lower level collectors
albeit it's not completely consistent (max collectors at 1300 lol) but it's a general rule of thumb...
2 days or so, loots usually good for a day, then the next is garbage and I find myself moving again

I can tell you from my experience that above 2000 cups is actually a big waste of time. I'm a TH 9 at 2200 and most of the time I see TH 10 with different levels of defenses but overall the new overpowered Inferno Towers makes me skip faster than you can say "fish". :rolleyes:
With a semi-protected TH wanted to see how high I could reach but the fact that most of the bases I find are TH 10 kills any mood of continuing. I'm considering either dropping or taking a longer break.

It's kinda strange, multiple people suggest gold 2 area, and I always check it out and there's nothing for me. Supercell just hates me haha
