No im not joking. I contacted them to change the email address because i had some issues with the linked email. They said ok they will help, unlinked the account. Now that account is renamed, in a different clan and upgrading town hall.
WHY IS SUPERCELL SUPPORT STEALING ACCOUNTS!!! Given we put money into these accounts this is completely unacceptable!!!
I have picture proof of all of this.
I expect some kind of a response about this, because another clan mate lost a near max TH11 also.
Yikes... might have been someone impersonating supercell support via email.
Did you access the support through the game menu?
It was in game, thats the worst part...They sent a msg (notification pop up) to that acct that i couldnt read. And the email was no longer linked, now the acct got taken over.Quote:

OP.... by chance, did somebody say they would give you their account for free and have you put in their email address in the Supercell ID menu?
Here's an update....Another supercell support member was able to give me access to my account. However this does NOT even come close to solving this issue. The clan has 4 accounts with the same name my account was renamed, meaning there is a group who either hacked the customer support area, or they are working with somebody at support to steal accounts.
No this has been my account since I started it. Its a max Th7 i used to hold leader in some of our CWL clans. Thank GOD i changed leader or else I would've lost the clan as well. He dropped all my friends and the account is now upgrading TH....so somebody def had it.Quote:
