I just bought the gold pass for the June season and completed enough challenges to earn the 1 gem donation perk. I have claimed it but it’s not working , quick donations are still showing at the full price. I tried this on my second account and it’s the same there. Looks like a bug.

I have this problem as well, I bought the pass on my mini TH 12, yet the 1 gem donations are not working.

Update: It works on my other accounts now but not the one who got gold pass as soon as the new league started. So it still doesn’t work on the early bird accounts.
I unlocked the 1 gem donations in the new pass of june but when I want to give troops with my gems, it’s the normal price but not 1 gem. Thx
Same here ☹️ after donate only noticed that i spent 20 gem to donate a golem instead of 1 gem. Do we get refund of the gem? I did purchase the gold pass and redeemed the 1 gem donation

Yeah i thought it was just me. Had restarted clash and still bugged out. Almost wasted 15 gems to donate clanmate a pekka.

Sent out clan mail to watch for 1 gem donations so others dont make same mistake of burning gems until bug gets fixed.
Supercell is aware that it’s causing issues for some players, they are working on a fix and apologise for the inconvenience.
Just purchased the June pass and gemmed the whole pass and cant use the most valuable perk, 1 gem donations, please fix

Supercell did a hotfix and added a 1 gem donation event for EVERYBODY, regardless if you bought the gold pass or not. Presumably, the actual fix will come with a maintenance later.
It happened to me. Just log into different account, then log back, it will work. Or maybe because of 1 gem event?
same here. I spend Rs400 third time for those useful rewards but the 1 gem donation isnt working. This is very disappointing. Supercell fix this asap. Or compensate for thisQuote:

1 gem donation was the reason, i opted for Gold pass, But its not working.

After the 1 gem donation event, the 1 gem donation still not working for the gold pass. Do we get any compensation for this issue? As we have purchased the gold pass with our own money and the perk is not working. At least give us some gem or book as compensate.
This issue is addressed with the recent maintenance.
