1 gem donation was the reason, i opted for Gold pass, But its not working.
works fine here. have you claimed the one gem boost? and yre you sure your goldpass is purchased?
After the 1 gem donation event, the 1 gem donation still not working for the gold pass. Do we get any compensation for this issue? As we have purchased the gold pass with our own money and the perk is not working. At least give us some gem or book as compensate.
This issue is addressed with the recent maintenance.
