New spell idea: Traitor

Hopefully I do this in the right format. It's a decent idea

Name of Spell: Traitor
Training Cost TBD
Targets: Everything in its area
Effect Type: In a circle about as large as the rage/healing spell, all enemy defensive towers will now attack each other/their own base for a period of time

Training Time: TBD
Description: Choose an area and it will create an area where all buildings that can attack will attack either their own base or their own buildings for a period of time
Research/Spell Levels: TBD
Lab Level: TBD


Now the unique part about this spell is first that nothing else is like it. Most spell ideas I see here are too similar to what already exists.

Second thought is that it's a strategic spell. The player will have to decide if they can find a patch of enemy buildings close enough to where using the spell is worth it. It's not just a blind lightening type of spell, there's a bit of strategy to it.

Game developers would have to calculate how much this would cost, that's not my position, but I like it!

edit: developers would also have to decide which buildings the defensive towers would attack. Anything at random? or just each other? Or any building at random excluding mines/storages?

Sounds op, mainly because high lvl players with max defences could potentially have max resources. If someone had this type of spell they could easily get all of their resources with one spell if defences were enclosed with resources, sorta like a vault, this could cause heaps of complaints as well as problems for people who don't have this spell.

Sounds cool but slightly OP unless it has a very short duration. Maybe make them take up 2 housing space in Spell Factory or something

I say in the first post how the defense towers could attack their own base, excluding mines or storages.

I think it's a damn good spell idea, would be entertaining and strategic

How could you say this when the amount of time the spell is in effect hasn't even been mentioned? 5 seconds would not at all be overpowered. What about price? what if it costs 50k?

Coming in here saying it's overpowered shows a very weak ability to be creative. There are many ways to make this as cost effective as other spells and not overpowered

You're an idiot.

Clearly there are a million ways to avoid this being over powered. Don't allow it to hit storages, and also to respond to the other guy, I imagine this spell would only last 5 seconds or so, I don't think the inferno tower could do too much damage in that time.

5 seconds of thinking and you can come up with a million ways to make sure it isn't overpowered. Cost, time enabled, buildings effected, ect.

Stick 5 on 2 multi infernos, 80 dps to 5 targets for 25 seconds is way too op, plus the 240 dips from xbows

Way OP not gonna work and as someone said place it on the Inferno Towers and X-Bows and good bye Town Hall and best defences. Sorry good idea but not gonna work.

Not a good idea. Imagine usind this on top players, who have their xbows and inferno towers right next to their Town hall.i think this world completely ruin the game
