Those look like those were inactive players that you raided, and people are complaining about not seeing people that hit the cap that can be raided. Also as the others have mentioned, you are a TH8 which might be the best farming TH level, because you can flatten TH7 and 8s. But actually I think TH9 is the best cuz BAM Js.

most of these were th 8 and th9 trying to push with a premature ♥♥♥♥ base. even if they were inactives wouldn't that mean supercell isn't really making them hard to find?
