Do yall have atleast level 4 archers? and get to gold 3?

In accepting all players we have some super-active town-hall5's but they have level 2's (soon to be 3)
ALSO WE ARE FARMING so no we won't be up at gold but I have been up at 1700 before

Hmmm I would lower requirements and make elder a little harder to get.
