Support

Why does support not answer our questions and respond back to our emails, but the they can look at an email that consists of a screen shot of someone being an azz in global???????

I mean that is just sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is that criticizing? I am telling you what to do if you don't get a reply. Post your ticket number here so a mod can have a look.

I am telling you the above from what I have seen MODS tell others, believe it or not you are not the only one who doesn't get a reply from support. Post your ticket number so a mod or support can have a look!

They got to read EVERY email they are sent and they have a small workforce.

They aren't robots, they can't read thousands of emails a day. The have a limited amount of workers. The forum is a good way to ask for help. Even though it isn't always SC who get in touch, it is much quicker.

Yeah, Supercell doesn't monitor global chat. You're not technically "reporting" anyone, it's just an automated system.


As for why you, valued customer, haven't gotten support is because there are millions of players and a support team of less than a fraction of one percent of that.

Supercell gets tons of emails, you can't expect your to be dealt with right away. Have some patience, your time will come.
