How do you raid a segmented wall base?

How do you raid this kind of base?

you know, the kind where every building is walled, and the whole village looks like a row of office cells.

using fast regular troops like: giant, barbs, archers, wb, goblin, maybe minions. One spell at most.


I tried surrounding or going from one side, but no matter what I do can't get my troops inside. They always end up kissing walls and die from splash. Could use some pointers, extra points for videos.

my units are lv4.

Either with flying units or alot of wallbreakers. I always took around 10 with me back when I was farming with Giant/Healer.

lvl 5 or 6 barch it. if u have lvl 4 troops, it'll be harder, so carry some heal spells. if u have lvl 3 or below... just don't attack...

p.s. when did they change look of lvl 2 drags? they look kind of lighter

Is it just me or am I seeing the graphics from last year?

Got any hogs? They make this kind of bases useless.

I still prefer the original dragons to the ones that we have now.

i figured the best troopcombo is giants (alot of them) with healer ( i recomend at least 2 depending how deep inside airdeff is) and gobs/archers/minions.

open one segment with wb and let the giants slip in. the positive effect about this bases is they all stay together so every giant stays healed. dps is also good enough this way to destroy the walls by the giants themself since they are packed together. u can easily 3star such bases with this troopcombo!

You'll need to use some wall breakers. About 10 or 8 should do it :)

thanks for the feedback, I'm going to bump up my wb count from 10 to 15 and cook 5-8 hogs while my main army is training, should be able to raid once every 20 mins with the setup

I'm debating whether barbarians are useful against this scenario, maybe I'll swap them all with archers?

These look more intimidating than they really are. If you can take out mortars or wiz tower and clan castle troops, you can plow through the rest. Wbs and 7/8 hogs work, and even spamming bam works. Just be careful on the wiz tower and air mines.
