Cc upgrade can you use while it's upgrading?

As above, just wondering if you can still use it like army camps still work when upgrading,I checked wiki and nothing there,:confused:

Yes, it is still possible to request troops while you are upgrading it.

Yes. You could have searched it or tried it for yourself

Just remember to click on it regularly, as due to the upgrade you don't see the countdown or 'request' timer. Or you will be in battle with no CC troops. I fell into that trap a few times on my last upgrade. :o
