I know that there has been much raging about loot, and that SC has been rather quiet. However, how are the mods (as fellow clashers-not representing SC) finding the loot?
Please dont flame war this, i just wanna hear their thoughts/opinions about it.
They raid, just like us. They have the same problems and advantages as us, they don't get special searching bonuses (atleast the community is aware of)
well we don't get any advantages so yeah same as you, that being said many of the mods have high TH lvls and play "sometimes" so we tend to be finding good loot...not all of us but many.
Personally i'm shovelling it in - had a 5k DE raid a couple hours ago at M1
And I think this is a problem with the moderators sorry, it appears you all are really high level to take advantage of your powerful armies in high leagues.Quote:

It seems to me that a lot of players expect to max TH9 without having to put in decent amount of effort.
Raiding 5 times a day will not give u a maxed TH9 in the shortest possible time, and that's how it should be.

I'm just saying the moderators have a heavier level of input then the rest of us average Joes to SuperCell. But they are represented by mostly high level, very experienced players only. Does not really represent all the different levels of players out there playing the game.
I wouldn't worry about that to be honest. Some mods do not have high level bases. Some of the ones that do also have secondary accounts that are lower level.Quote:

Yesterday, I've set my all-time high record of raiding 17 million gold and 90K DE (obviously with bunch of boosting barracks and a help of spell boosts) and managed to upgrade two level 11 walls and three level 10 walls. This was probably possible due to being able to attack every 4 mins with my BARCH troop composition (more like everytime I get back from a battle, I'll be up for another one).
Today, I've managed to farm 6 mil gold and 30K DE but haven't really spent the time into it like the day before. To be honest, the loot today was a bit slow compared to yesterday. I had a streak hitting eight dead bases with over 300K/300K/3K plus last night but can't really find them tonight.
This is just my personal experience in the past two days with the boost. I've honestly experienced way better loot than before since the update but it is requiring some strategic changes due to the concentration of loot in the storages (not when I'm raiding dead bases).
But what can you say, you have good days and sometimes bad days. Sometimes you need to click next so many times, but right after dinner earlier I clicked next once and hit an amazing dead base with over 450K.
I've explored from Crystal 3 to Master 1 during the barrack boost period (and since the update). Crystal 1 gets my vote all the way.
By logic, all those bases you hit should be hovering around Crystal 2 now....Quote:

It limits the bases you can hit. I've seen Howie's replays he sometimes lightnings Mortars, picks off stuff from outside. Works great on dead bases if you can find em. I prefer BAM so you can take out defensive units behind walls but it does eat into your DE profits.Quote:

On a serious note, last night on my last raid i spent 220K searching for a base!! 220K!!!! i found only 1 base that was over 200K in gold but really high def. towers, the rest offered 13k-56k loot!! Man was i upset. Went to bed after that. (Not Joking...:mad:)
