Special offer doesn't show!

How come i can't find the special offer on my shop. But i does show on my other accounts. I tried to check on the settings and the special offer is turned 'on' already. Here's my i.d #YJ2LPY2J . Please someone help me. i want to buy the Gold Pass. ?😭
