Hi today i wanted to go back to clash of clans after maybe 3 years of not playing it, and when I entered the game and log in with my facebook account the game asked me if I wanted to synchronize with the new village and I said yes for error can i get it back? I tried to go to the help me setting of the game and they started to ask me de code of my profile the exact xp etc, how am I suposed to know that after 3 years?
As far as I know, you can only retrieve an account if it was connected to gamecenter, google play or the recent SC-ID.

You should have saved the game. There's nothing we can do here. SC support asks these questions to avoid hacking and stealing of accounts by guessing the answers.Quote:

Facebook only connects you with your friends. It does not save your progress. Your friend can see your photo because you connected facebook to the game.Quote:
