I completed dragon event on time but didn't recieved my gems , i also spent many things to complete that event ,thinking of i will be get paid by gems in prize but now i am in total loss, isn't it unfair.

you recived the gems right in the moment you came back from your last needed attack with dragons during the event.
maybe you didnt realized it.
So will i get that gems or not , it will still be unfair if i don't get the gems
an onscreen notification appear after your last attack during an event. it does not appear if you have not enough space to claim the rewards.Quote:

Thank you For your precious time but i still have my concern , that i realized that actually i didn't received gems before event ends i had 2903 gems and after event it was still 2903 ,and i also contacted inside the game ,but they are not replying to my messages, they are sending unnecessary bot messages.
Just want to mention that if you don’t collect your rewards before the event ends they will disappear. Maybe that’s what happened?
dragon event contained gems and xp only. nooption to "claim". "claim" only appears if you have not enough space for the magic item reward.Quote:

To be clear, the gems and XP were automatically awarded when you completed the event, which is not the same as when event ends. Did you note how many gems you had before you performed your last attack which completed the event?
