We are a highly experienced, derby focused, champions league neighborhood with many many years of Cooperative HD play under our belts.

We Have had a few members retire from the game and are currently in the process of refilling our ranks. We invite you to join us on this journey.

What we’re looking in potential candidates (derby participants) here at Knotts:

•Minimum Level 55 with Fully upgraded town
*All (or most) fishing holes open
•MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH/NO EXCEPTION. PLEASE NO SILENT PLAYERS-
•21+ years only please.
•ALWAYS do 320x10 tasks. 10TH TASK IS MANDATORY. 320-400 during special derbies. -WE PLACE TOP 3 EVERY WEEK-
•SEND TOWNIES TO THE PLATFORM.
•we do delayed start & aim to always finish quickly as possible
*it is not mandatory to always participate in derby. We are a derby focused group and participants needs will be given priority. If you don’t wish to participate that week just opt out.
*please NO TRADING FOR EXPANSION ITEMS DURING DERBY.
*its understandable that higher levels may give more, just do your best to reciprocate.
*Trading or selling rare items within the hood is preferable to selling them on the outside. This makes it easier for us to grow together.

We know you have many, many choices when it comes to a new neighborhoods. Here is what we can offer you if recruited:

•generous helpful group that works together
•elder status once you join the derby. For ease of play.
•safe, fun environment to chat, trade, buy and sell.
•we use Facebook messenger to keep each other updated on tasks & you will be invited to join in on our “office shenanigans”.
•amazing opportunity to be part of an up and coming groundbreaking neighborhood.
•THE ONLY ACTIONS THAT WILL PUT YOU IN THE DOG HOUSE AND POTENTIALLY GET YOU KICKED ARE SHOP RAIDING DURING TRADES, FREELOADING, POOR SPORTSMANSHIP, and NOT FINISHING DERBY TASKS.
•we do encourage you to consider having a support farm.

Hi my name is Lisa and my farm is called the Grange. #PLCOGYVYL. I have a level 53 farm, I have eight buildings in my town, 8 fishing spots open and all relevant machines for my level. I started a neighbourhood to start winning derbies as I joined a ton that let me down. I always felt like I was doing solo derbies in unhelpful hoods that didn't trade unless you count them cleaning out my barn without returning the favour. So I'm very frustrated. I'd all but given up on winning derbies in a good that would appreciate my help and help me in return, so your hood sounds amazing. Please let me know if you would be willing to allow me to join, cause I'd shut down my hood in a heartbeat. Also I'm from Ireland, GMT +0 and speak native English.
