1) Qrios has not responded to pms. He has been on sleeper status for over four weeks now and is therefore classified as a zombie. A zombie may be kept or kicked at any time by the leader as suits. The leader needs no consultation with either Guardian or Elders to kick a zombie. A zombie is undead. They serve to placehold or to be kicked when the clan needs extra room. Zombies are useful placeholders when the clan is expanding and I suggest that leaders hold onto zombies to "pad out" clan numbers at times when it suits them.
2) Joe has fallen off the radar, but has obviously been a bit active this week. His donations fall below the minimum standard of 50. He has not formerly asked for sleeper status. By rights he should therefore be kicked. I have however given him sleeper status since I am a aware that the demands of his irl career may severely inhibit his ability to communicate with us at times.
3) Aoefan contacted me last week again to say he would not be active. Once a member recontacts by pm or on this thread to state they will be inactive theri sleeper status resets.
Therefore there are no members to remove for failure to meet donation requirements. However Qrios may be kicked at any time at the sole discretion of the Leader.
Elders
The Guardian formerly requests that the following members be made Elder, subject to leader approval, for theri outstanding work as valuable members, their helpfulness to new members, their helpfulness to elders and the leader, their advice to new members, their activity both in chat and on the forums, and their uncouth sense of barbaric brtuality.
