Th11 .5 still viable?
I recently went to th11, I have all the new walls to level 11, camps, cc, lab and storages are all done. My warden is on his way to 11.
As of now I have just been working on traps. Is the .5 strategy still viable at 11? By .5 I mean upgrading all the old th10 buildings to max level before placing any of the new th11 buildings on the map.
AQ is 41
King 42
I am a slightly better then average attacker and used the .5 strategy to cover that up at th10.
Any insight would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

This will depend on your clan's war lineup, but it seems like for my clan, the weight of one eagle is less than the margin of error that's allowed to be between clans that are matched.
I believe gold weights are inaccurate but let's pretend they are accurate, for the sake of illustration. If you are in a 20v20 and your average base weight is 100k then your total clan weight is 2m. If adding an eagle raises your weight 10k, your clan's total weight is now 2010k, an increase of half a percent.
We think that supercell gives extra weight to bases on the top of the war map and decrease the weight of bases on the bottom, to decrease the effect of roster engineering by adding th3s. If you have th12s on top, then depending on your war size it seems quite plausible that the total impact of your eagle could be less than half a percent.
I don't know what amount of war weight difference between clans the matchmaker allows, but it seems like it could be more than that.
