I'm a th10.I have almost completed the de lab upgrades with only minion and golem left and a few of the elixir troops are left.My point defenses are of lvl12 and others are of th9 lvl.I just got the new xbow lvl1.So my question is whether I should get the infernos or just wait?
My king is at 31 and queen at 32
You should wait, because my th10 hasn't maxed heroes yet, and I might need some of your resources.

That would be my suggesting. You're probably drawing "real" 10s now anyway.
If you can cover the weight in war place them, but if you can not 3 star near max th10s I would wait. I went .5 for the with great success.
