Hi there!!
I have a th10 base with 15/15 heroes.
I need an effective war attack strategy to 3 star different th10 base.
My troop levels:
Giant:lv7
Loons:lv6
Wiz:lv6
Healer: lv4
Drag:lv5
Pekka:lv4
Miner:lv3
Witch:lv2
Bowler:lv2
Rest troops are th7 or below level
Spells: heal and rage are maxed. Lightning lv4. All other spells are level 1.
With your royals level, you shouldn't be looking for strats focussing more on their usages. So, imo you should tryout Dragbat that use royals just for funneling/ getting one or more ads. I would recommend the 2-3 freezes and rest bats spell variant as it is more base independent. In a nutshell, you drop all bats at a corner so that they can come and merge with the dragloon and freeze the wizard towers and/or multi infernos as they are approaching them.
There are several strategies that you can use where your heroes are in a more support role. If you have access to siege machines then it gets a lot easier. You can use mass miners with a siege opener to lure cc and shape the base, and heroes to kill the cc and funnel the other side of the attack. Siege funnel on one side, hero funnel on the other, and the miners can focus on a relatively narrow front and cut right through. Miners can take out the enemy heroes on their own, they just need you to empty the CC first. In this situation for the cc troops I'll often take 6 loons and a giant. The loons are enough to destroy, say, a compartment with inferno and bomb tower or wiz tower. Then off in a corner drop the bk, the cc troops target him, then put the aq behind, and use one poison when they reach your heroes. For this attack I like one rage, rest heal, 1+1 poison (hopefully saving one poison for skeletons inside the base).
If the air defenses are somewhat reachable (near the outside) then you could use a similar strategy but with dragons and loons instead of miners, and mostly rage.
