Robbed Gem Gift Bags I want what I paid for I want my Gift Bags Back from the Void

Both myself and another bought gift bags for busy clan today we were chatty in good moods till we realized no one logging in was even seeing the gifts we Paid real money for I contacted help and support there response was idk y post it in forums !!! In the past when the gift bags disappeared in the revolving chat bar I assumed I couldn’t see it cuz I had already collected my mine but this is not the case !!!! Those purchased gift bags are being Kept disappearing into the void and not being collected by our team mates during a busy chat day . I feel robbed I purchased those gifts for my team not the void... am I supposed to tell them hey buying gift bags no one talk /chat ??? Never realized by me chatting supercell was getting to keep what we purchased for our team!!!!!! Better Float them down the chat bar till they are collected and stop dumping them into the void and keeping them ! Plz fix this I can’t believe I just realized this was happening all those disappeared paid for gifts bags of gems !!

This has been happening since the first time SC offered clan gifts. There is a notice in the chat window that shows clan members when clan gifts are available. Unless SC changes the mechanics of clan gifts, I’d not be so chatty in the future if I bought them again. Maybe even send a clan mail letting everyone know?
