Hi, my phone where clash of clans had had an accident, as a result i lost
access to my village. I installed the game again in the new phone. Looki g

My son accidentally uninstalled Clash of Clans from his android tablet. I have sent 1 email and 1 in game report with no response or ticket #. The Clan name is potatoebun3 the base name is colin. He is an elder in this clan with a level 7 town hall. He purchased a sack of gems for $19.99 on 1/20/14 for this clan. Please help. I've spent a lot of money on this clan.

In order to recover a village, they will need to attach it to a Google+ account so you can access it.

If you only e-mail them saying my village named "twister" is lost, help me, it can take more than a month as they will need to e-mail you several times to get all the info and get your Google+ account created, etc.

Your in-game reporting generates an e-mail with required info. Supercell will reply with an automated response assigning you a support ticket number. If... after several weeks to a month you don't hear anything further, post your ticket # here and we can ask support to review it. Sometimes it's waiting for communication from the player that was caught in e-mail spam filter for instance.

It is not a speedy process to fix this, so please be patient.

Anyone else reading this - please go to your settings tab and connect your village to a Google+ account.

I did back up my village with my Google+ account, The village i had would not load back up when i got a new device.I kept sending tickets with my problem in as i had no response and did not know how long it would take.
In the end i got my village back after over 3 weeks.

If you are positive you had attached to Google+, on your new device, if it didn't load the first time you loaded clash, did you go into the settings and click the button next to "Google+ Sign-In" and try to load it that way?

It is sorted now thanks to Mikael and all his hard work .
I do not need a mod to condesendingly say that i chose not to back up my account on Google + when you never asked me.
Do not presume the player is at fault ,i should have got my account sorted faster but evedently the support team are under resourced .

Hello, I accidentally deleted my village during the last update, because my S2 wouldn't download the update, saying 'Cannot install to default location.', so I deleted the app and reinstalled thinking my town and village would be saved, which it wasn't. I didn't have it linked to google+ either.

I play Clash of Clans on Android and didn't add my game to a google+ account.
Unfortunalately, i have deleted the game do not tell me how but i deleted it :,(

When launching the game after a new installation of the game, i couldn't find my last game and a new one appears ...

It has typically taken 4 weeks or so for a village to be recovered so don't expect anything immediate. I am at the 3.5 week mark so I am getting close, but I haven't even received a response yet so I hope my ticket is still being worked on or at least still in their ticket queue. The problem for me now is keeping interest in the game after not playing for so long.

Hello Moderators!

Trying to get some help recovering my original village. I included all the info advised from this forum in ticket #2109556. My current (unused) village is backed up on Google+. I have an old trouble ticket for my original village #826842. I have sent many requests with as much info as I can include via the in game reporting as well emailing Super Cell direct. I even emailed then in Finish!! Im hoping somebody here can help me get noticed on the trouble ticket board.

I have now got my account back after about 1 month closer to 3 weeks, I am very happy thank you supercell, I hope that everyone else's replies get fixed soon if it has been more than 1 month i recommend you send another ticket because they may have skipped it accidentally and make sure you give them as much information as you possibly can to prove that it is your base. If you do not know what I mean refer to my first post.

Unfortunately i cannot join the clan i was just because i cant find it for whatever reason I think it might be because it has more than 45 members

Support take a few weeks to recover villages so you will have to wait.

It took about 4 weeks but my village has been restored. Just be patient guys, I know it's hard to wait multiple weeks but they will eventually get to you, they have a lot of tickets in their queue to work through. Also remember, they have to confirm that you are who you say you are and locate your correct village, check logs according to when you last played, etc. Once they do they will send you a village link code. Once you receive the Email from them with the link code, you go into the game and go through the beginners tutorial if you haven't already. Once finished with the beginners tutorial go to Settings and then Link. Select the "This is my NEW phone" option and then type in the link code. Make sure to follow capitalizaiton exactly, and for me, I did not need to press the spacebar to separate the link code. It should automatically separate the letters accordingly. It will link your new phone with your correct village. Once connected, overwrite whatever village was linked with your Google+ account with the correct one to prevent it from happening again. This worked for me and now I have the correct village and my account is properly linked to my Google+ account.

Its been 4 weeks since I sent my first in game request. But I also sent like 15 more emails after that. About half of them say Solved, while the first one and several others remain just Open. It says Charlie is assigned, but I haven't recieved any communication yet. Is it going slow because of all the emails I posted? They all have the same info, but my latest request was sent exactly the way this forum suggested. I linked my current (unused) village to Google+, included Name, player level, TH level, clan name, clan sheild, and last login date. Is there ANYTHING else I can do? All my friends from back home play this and its our favorite way to stay connected, I miss my clan mates.

If you submitted your ticket you should have got a ticket number.

If you haven't submitted a ticket follow these steps:

1. Log into or confirm that you are logged into Google+.
2. Start a new game of Clash of Clans on your device and complete the tutorial.
3. Go into the in-game settings and connect your village to Google+ using the Google+ sign in button.
4. Contact them using the "Help and Support" button in the settings menu.

The following information will be required:

Name of the village:
