Hi, my phone where clash of clans had had an accident, as a result i lost
access to my village. I installed the game again in the new phone. Looki g
clans can see my old village.

i've lost my old village, because i forgot to link it with Google+. I only link it with my Facebook Profile. I'm using the BlueStacks App Player to play Clash of Clans on my PC, but a few weeks ago, i had to reinstall Clash of Clans and now my Village is lost and i want it back, because i spend some money on it and time. After reinstall i create a Google+ Account ( mario.protzel@googlemail.com )I have spend so much Time and money on that Game and i dont want to Start at the beginning. Please Help :(
Accidentally lost village.
Hello, I accidentally deleted my village during the last update, because my S2 wouldn't download the update, saying 'Cannot install to default location.', so I deleted the app and reinstalled thinking my town and village would be saved, which it wasn't. I didn't have it linked to google+ either.
This are the details of my village:
Name of village: Cameron
Name of Clan I am in: Usual Suspects
Town hall level: Was 6 at the time I lost account, is now 7. (Was undergoing construction during the time it happened.)
Date and time of last playing session: 28th January, 22:49

I have now got my account back after about 1 month closer to 3 weeks, I am very happy thank you supercell, I hope that everyone else's replies get fixed soon if it has been more than 1 month i recommend you send another ticket because they may have skipped it accidentally and make sure you give them as much information as you possibly can to prove that it is your base. If you do not know what I mean refer to my first post.
Unfortunately i cannot join the clan i was just because i cant find it for whatever reason I think it might be because it has more than 45 members

Dear, supercell
My name is cony and i play a lot clash of clan using town name "cony" on
"BananaJuice" clan. But a week ago a have trouble after upgrading my phone,
i lost all my apps including coc. So i have to play from start. This make
me so sad and stress. I have spend 500 gems to that town. Anyway the town
still on "BananaJuice" clan. My fault is not linked that town to google
play account, my google email is "lyndalohan27@gmail.com". Is there anyway
to take back my town?

Lost Village! Wait over 3 Weeks too !!
This is my Second Post in this Thread ! And I read that other people get their Villages back after 2 Weeks or after 17 Hours. How can it be ? Someone with a higher Ticketnumber get his Village back faster than me... I had paid Money on that Game and a lot of Time !! Sorry for my Bad english. Please Recover my Village. This was a very helpful post, im at about 4 weeks now, but I switched from iOS to Android too. Keeping my hopes up.

Hola, Perdí mi pueblo sobre el 31-01-2014 al cambiar de de móvil, y al volver a instalarlo se sobrescribió otro pueblo encima, tengo ya 3 entradas, # 1904333, # 2305108, # 2548587. El Estado de Todos me aparece como resuelto desde hace una semana, pero todavía no he recuperado mi pueblo ... no se si una vez que aparece como resuelto tengo que hacer algo.
