Thanks to the support staff and Ana I can play on my old village again! I've been waiting for about 4 weeks but it definitely was worth the wait
I got my village restored yesterday! 30 Dec 2013! Only 4 days! Much faster than I've expected!!
The person who restored was Ana. (Probably most people accounts was restored by her.)
Details I provided was the info of village that i would like to restore and ALSO details of the newly started account:

- Clan
- Town Hall Level
- Gems
Then, while waiting, I also created a new Google+ account on my phone with no COC account linked to it. Ana restored back my COC account to my new Google+ account.

i got my village back after six days. after agent asked about some data on the reset village, she told me to connect my google + account that has the connected app of my COC and WALAh! an icon poped and it was restored. G.L. to other clashers who lost thier village. i hope you'll get back yours

I never backed up my game...my 6 month old S4 died...it got sent out for repair (approximately 3 weeks) and will get reset at repair center...so now I am screwed.
I have a question if anyone can answer. Although I never linked my village to my google+ I did make in-game purchases. The purchases were through google wallet if I am not mistaken, which is done through my google account. Does that count as "linking". If I were to try to click on google+ on my loaner phone (real phone sent in for repair) would I be prompted to restore my old village?

I finally get a response from Anna who just like the other poster stated she requested the same info I put in my original email to support (my username, date it happened, clan, etc etc). It took 2 weeks to get a freaking reply and she doesn't even read the info in it!
I have since started a new village too since it has been 2 weeks, and my old village had about $110 spent on it which I will not let go quietly. I never deleted clash of clans nor did I have any phone problems etc, I simply went to play and the village was gone. This is the fault of the game and not me, and I am getting rather upset that I spent $110 and this is the service I am receiving. Liability for this falls solely on COC as I didn't delete my village nor did I do anything to lose it, and then Anna requests the same info...argh read the emails you receive, as people have been waiting weeks only to get a request for the info they already sent in previously because you didn't read the original email after 2 weeks!!! So what am I going to have to wait another 2 weeks or even a week for another reply?! This is unreal and perhaps someone else should be getting involved at this point.
How long does it take for Supercell to reply??

I own a HTC desire 500 and had to do a factory reset, unfortunately I never connected it to google+ or FB since I simply don't use them..
I re installed the game and I can't log in with my username: l3stat
there's simply no such option, only google+ which I never had..
I also play the League of shadows in which I just re installed the game from the home computer on my android device and I am right where I took off.

If you've lost your village off your device, and didn't back it up/attach it to Google+, follow these instructions:

In order to recover a village, they will need to attach it to a Google+ account so you can access it.
You will need to make a Google+ account, and start a clash of clans village so you can access the in-game reporting and attach that village to Google+ (in the settings tab).
From the in-game reporting (while that village is attached to Google+) submit a trouble ticket and do NOT erase any of the pre-populated data the game inserts into the e-mail. Without this, your support case can take 2-3 times as long to solve.
Within that e-mail generated from the in-game reporting, let them know the original/missing vilage name, player level, town hall level, clan name, clan shield graphic, and last time you accessed the game.
If they can locate the village, and verify ownership, they can attach your missing game to that current Google+ account, and you will be all set.
If you do all those steps, it can take a few weeks.
If you only e-mail them saying my village named "twister" is lost, help me, it can take more than a month as they will need to e-mail you several times to get all the info and get your Google+ account created, etc.
Your in-game reporting generates an e-mail with required info. Supercell will reply with an automated response assigning you a support ticket number. If... after several weeks to a month you don't hear anything further, post your ticket # here and we can ask support to review it. I spent a considerable amount of real money, buying gems of the game which in turn received my money with no problem.
Now I'm just asking that solve my problem, it is a reasonable request by a client / User who loves and believes in the products.
Anyway, if any administrator support area can answer with a time limit or prediction, it is a good initiative.
The worst way is to let the users who are having problems and reporting without at least an answer to your problem.

If you lose your account, you'll need to create a new one and make sure this one is linked to a Google+/Game Center and contact us through the game's Settings (Help & Support > Report an Issue); mention as many details as possible about your lost village. I'm afraid there's nothing we can do without this.
Hi I lost my village when I trying to load the game it hadn't loading up for a day so i took the chance to re-upload the game and my game was gone. I believed that I had it linked to my G+ account but I guess not. It seems the fastest way to get your village back is to post on the forums. Just help me out here

My old Android broke and the screen went completely black preventing me from doing the link option. My phone broke and was replced so when i tried to reconnect my village through my google+ it just brought me back to the start of game.

Supercell has no problems taking money off people ,why can't they sort out a simple problem in a reasonable timeframe.
Apparently you have no problems making the ticket queue a lot longer and then complaining why it takes so long to get a reply? Creating 7 additional tickets surely won't help. 2 weeks is not really a long time, I've been waiting for 4 weeks by now and they're unable to unattach my village from my G+ account.

I'm sorry you chose not to safeguard your village by attaching it to Google+. Additional support requests will only slow you down. They will help you, but the sheer amount of users not backing up their village overwhelms support at time. It will take several weeks. Below is what I tell everyone who has lost their village. I just submitted for help about fifteen minutes ago after sending a email yesterday and haven't received a response ,even automated.
I got mine sorted I only put in one ticket not 7 if you read forum the mod twister says only put one in or your just make it take longer to fix.
your best bet would have been to read the forum first and submit one ticket your just make more work and more people get delayed getting back up.
I got mine done in a week what I thought was a long time but I made sure to read what to do follow all instructions keep a note of it all and ask people on the forum for advise and help.
I can try to help you with how you word your email but you can not use rude words if you upset the staff they are going to be less lightly to help you If you was in there place and got a rude email what would you do.
if you don't know your google account you should be able to get it via your google email providing you don't have more than 2 google email accounts contact google I found them to be Very helpful in the past.

I was really annoyed because I had been sending supercell lots of messages and I wasn't getting any response so I decided to make this account and so I had to go to my email (gmail) to follow the link to sign up and ask on the forums how to get a ticket.
However when I went onto my gmail I found that they had been giving me automated responses and that the email app on my phone for some reason despite saying that it was connected to my gmail wasn't getting any of the messages they had been sending me and only the gmail app on my phone was working. So now im happy that my problem will eventually get solved, which is great.:D:D:D:D
