A supercell staff member has emailed me saying that the information i gave about my lost village is not linked to any account in their database.
Does that mean i will lose my account forever.I am confident i gave all the correct info. What is wrong ???

how I wish that we can recover our account using facebook like hayday. :(

I lost my village on 8/1/2014. Yes, it was my own fault. 8/1/2014 I submitted a single ticket 4888992, with my exact village name, level, TH level, and clan name. I also included the same info for my the pathetic TH2 village of mine that WAS saved in Game Center and that I don't want. I have not received anything but the automated response.

It has been 25 days. My clan does a lot of wars and people are upset that I'm not attacking (I'm friends with some of my clan-mates). They are considering kicking me out. Will this screw up my lost village request (considering they ask for your clan name)? If they do kick me out, should I reply to the email and let them know? Or should I do nothing? Or send a new ticket (I don't want to do that)?

i wish someone was updating the table that kicked off this thread. Looks like recent wait times are all over the place. One person on here reported submitting a ticket after me in August and already having a response. Bummed. Anyway, I've now been waiting 25 days. Anyone know why some later tickets appear to already have been answered? Best of luck to everyone who is also waiting and thanks for any input anyone has. I really just want to give my clan an ETA for my return! Maybe they will give me some more time!

I reported my lost acount in August 11, 2014. 3 days ago my clanmates kicked me out of the clan. Today I got back my acount whitout doing anything else. So keep waiting! it really works :)
