This conversation is not helping anything
I don't mean to throw fuel on a fire, but there are a few things that need to be pointed out if anything is to progress in this conversation:
1. Team Vantrix: although your arguments are sound, you neither know SC's current operations nor do we know your credentials. Based on that you are coming off as an egotistical ♥♥♥ and no one is listening to you because of it.
2. Team shivampaw: many of us only have your word to go by that SC used to be better at customer service than their current state. In the past 10 week (all the experience I have to go on), I have not had a single interaction with SC directly, but instead only those (like you) that know how it used to be. And (no offence) the only thing you can do is suggest that we wait (which we would be doing anyway).
Personally, I don't see why the village recovery is such a heavy load. It seems since SC controls the system and how they get the request tickets, they should be able to heavily automate most of it through a query. But as I said before, most of us ::Cough:: Vantrix ::Cough:: don't know how SC has set up their system or how heavy a load they have. Personally I agree with Vantrix on the following point: if they have such a heavy load they should be able to mitigate it somehow (for example temporary employment while the problem persists). But again, I (nor anyone else) know if there are regulations or business operations that are causing this to be impossible.
Either way, this conversation is only making people angry, and it's not helping anything. If you believe SC has awful customer service, then do you think they will be taking tips from their customers? If they have their reasons to be operating as they are, then do you think that anyone on here will have a thought that surpasses the (I'm sure) teams of consultants they've employed to mitigate this problem? The answer to both is "no". So can we please be done with this?

Like I said I have multiple receipts and sprint was billed for gems as well. I can show receipt for new phone activation as well. Another 200$ for phone and 20$ to rush it on a Saturday I want to play my account!
