been almost 4 weeks for me some have waited 8 weeks no one cant tell us anything but be patient

Yea Supercell has lost my confidence. I am sorry. I was all like 'we need to be patient' and 'better late than never', but after reading that guys have been waiting for 2 plus months etc, they have lost my confidence. How hard it is to spend some of that money users like myself put in your pockets on customer support???

It's not hard at all but unfortunately they only care about getting new people who will just further line their pockets than putting some of their money into a decent support system. It's all about the money, they could care less about the consumers (and it REALLY shows).

I've been waiting 2 months myself and as each day goes by, I feel less and less certain that I'll get the account that I actually spent money on back.
