You need the details of the old village, you have given them, and you should have sent the ticket in game.

It is best to open a new ticket for lost village and choose the lost village topic. I had a 279.... To begin with, but on my last attempt, I got a respond and the village was recover. Ticket was 36........., which was sent 5/26/14 and resolved a month later. Supercell never responded to my 279.... Ticket. Good luck
