If not, I'm sure they would ask you for any additional information they may need. I would assume tickets are handled in order of receipt, with the exception of any villages that require additional time to locate the backup. Otherwise, no one lost village takes priority over another. All of us with lost villages are in the same boat - unable to play our game. Some, like myself, have even spent money for gems. Makes no difference.
