How inaccurate could be?
let's say his case is very difficult so the customer service staff spend a whole week or even two weeks to restore his village.during this time, his college are still processing other tickets and suppose all other tickets are very easy but I think they can only processs upto 25xxxxx durng two weeks.
So you see, in the worst scenerio, it is two weeks error --- unless his village is so unique that it has to take more than 2 weeks...
I got your point anyway as statisticaly a small numbers of samples will not give you valid answer. But that's why I recommend supercell should public their tickets processing orders so everybody can know roughly how long he needs to wait by observing how soon other people's ticket been processed ---- pretty much like when you call a big company for help and if the telephone is very hot, the system will tell you your position in the queue then you can better organize your time.
Are There any notification or a automatic email to me. When my villages being restored?
It's almost 2 Month since i got my ticket. And still can't get back my villages...
There wouldn't be any way to expedite your request. Provided you gave all the required information, they should be able to restore your village. If not, I'm sure they would ask you for any additional information they may need. I would assume tickets are handled in order of receipt, with the exception of any villages that require additional time to locate the backup. Otherwise, no one lost village takes priority over another. All of us with lost villages are in the same boat - unable to play our game. Some, like myself, have even spent money for gems. Makes no difference.
