If they take the tickets in a certain order, they must have an idea of what ticket number they have reached?? Otherwise they wouldn't be able to handle the tickets in a certain order. Some tickets may take longer time to handle, but it would at least give the users an idea of the waiting time and follow the progress. If you look through the threads, the problem is not so much the waiting time but the fact that there is absolutely no response from support. Support is without doubt seriously short on staff, but a "track & trace" system can be automated. This approach may work for a "we do this for fun and as a hobby"-company but not for a serious business.
I should have included that this is not a complaint to you. You put in a great effort. The problem is that you are the only person giving us some kind of idea on the support status. Which just proves that one person could actually do it - to bad that Supercell doesn't prioritize it.
