Needed to reset my phone. My village was not attached to google+. I have a new village, hgghg, in order to report. All I need is the Azur-village to be connected to the google+-account that hgghg is currently running on. hgghg can be deleted. I have two tickets: #3045192 and #3007716
What is the approximate time frame do you think?
In addition: It would be great if support would inform about the time frame. I am aware of the fact that it might not be as simple as I imagine, but it is frustrating that there is no reply from support on time frame. When they write that they will handle the request as soon as they have an available supporter, it ought not to surprise them if most users expect availability a lot faster than 2-4 weeks. Waiting is okay - but not knowing for how long is frustrating. Just an input that you can pass on if you want to.
