My request was (#2439461) . Lost village on 3-13-14 and still waiting. Should I make new request or continue to wait?

4\14\14. I lost my village. I was using Google +, but I don't know my old Google plus username, or what email I linked it to. Village name- paigesty. Clan-let it die. Level-65. Current village- painintheasz. Ticket #2977569

I lost my account and don't have a Google + account. My phone notifications still pop up showing that I'm getting attacked on my account. But when I get on. Ita restarted all the way to the beginning.
