Hi, my phone where clash of clans had had an accident, as a result i lost
access to my village. I installed the game again in the new phone. Looki g
clans can see my old village.

Since January 12 I have not received any response, please post if this serves to expedite the problem. Thank you.

Also need my village restored. My latest ticket number with all required information is #1948158 also had #1908677. My village name is: IHopeUChokeOnIt. My clan level is: 41. My clans name is: CarlBe2Wicked. Mytown hall level: 6 and last played on 1-27-14 around 10 pm cst. Thanks, jared

My son accidentally uninstalled Clash of Clans from his android tablet. I have sent 1 email and 1 in game report with no response or ticket #. The Clan name is potatoebun3 the base name is colin. He is an elder in this clan with a level 7 town hall. He purchased a sack of gems for $19.99 on 1/20/14 for this clan. Please help. I've spent a lot of money on this clan.

In order to recover a village, they will need to attach it to a Google+ account so you can access it.

You will need to make a Google+ account, and start a clash of clans village so you can access the in-game reporting.

From the in-game reporting (while that village is attached to Google+) submit a trouble ticket and do NOT erase any of the pre-populated data the game inserts into the e-mail. Without this, your support case can take 2-3 times as long to solve.

Within that e-mail generated from the in-game reporting, let them know the original/missing village name, player level, town hall level, clan name, clan shield graphic, and last time you accessed the game.

If they can locate the village, and verify ownership, they can attach your missing game to that current Google+ account, and you will be all set.

If you do all those steps, it can take a few weeks.

If you only e-mail them saying my village named "twister" is lost, help me, it can take more than a month as they will need to e-mail you several times to get all the info and get your Google+ account created, etc.

Your in-game reporting generates an e-mail with required info. Supercell will reply with an automated response assigning you a support ticket number. If... after several weeks to a month you don't hear anything further, post your ticket # here and we can ask support to review it. Sometimes it's waiting for communication from the player that was caught in e-mail spam filter for instance.

It is not a speedy process to fix this, so please be patient.

Anyone else reading this - please go to your settings tab and connect your village to a Google+ account.

I did back up my village with my Google+ account, The village i had would not load back up when i got a new device.I kept sending tickets with my problem in as i had no response and did not know how long it would take.
In the end i got my village back after over 3 weeks.

If you are positive you had attached to Google+, on your new device, if it didn't load the first time you loaded clash, did you go into the settings and click the button next to "Google+ Sign-In" and try to load it that way?

It is sorted now thanks to Mikael and all his hard work .
I do not need a mod to condesendingly say that i chose not to back up my account on Google + when you never asked me.
Do not presume the player is at fault ,i should have got my account sorted faster but evedently the support team are under resourced .

i've lost my old village, because i forgot to link it with Google+. I only link it with my Facebook Profile. I'm using the BlueStacks App Player to play Clash of Clans on my PC, but a few weeks ago, i had to reinstall Clash of Clans and now my Village is lost and i want it back, because i spend some money on it and time. After reinstall i create a Google+ Account ( mario.protzel@googlemail.com )I have spend so much Time and money on that Game and i dont want to Start at the beginning. Please Help :(
