Location Changing For Global

Hello, I am a player from the US and was overseas for a while. I made my account in Vietnam and the global and top players are from there. I run a clan and it is impossible to recruit from a Vietnamese chat. I have contacted support and get mostly robots. I have gathered that there is a one time location change accessible by admins but nobody seems to be able to change it. Can someone help me out so I can start recruiting on my main? Any help would be greatly appreciated since I have been trying for months.

than nothing can be done. you can try to change ingame language. insome cases it may helps. i can change ingamr language and get the associated global chat.
