In your opinion, is farming better at TH 9 or 10 with this new system? I'm ready to jump up to 10, but if farming is better at 9 then ill stick around a little bit longer

Farming is always better at lower TH's because of the loot penalty (for collectors). You also have a max 400k storage (not including mines/collectors) stolen from you when you're TH 10. However since you can have goblins lvl 6 at TH 10, it's really up to you.
It is good for th9 as well as th10.But many th9 are saying that they are getting raided by th10 and losing a large amount of loot.But i think you should up to th10 as you will get more defence and lvl 6 gobs.
So it would be easy to get loot and hard for your enemy to get your resources
