Clash Of Clans Lagging on my new phone

I have Galaxy J6+, Brawl Stars works fine. Clash of Clans lagging ?? Im TH9 and on my base it soo much lag. Specs:
Snapdragon 425
RAM 3GB
Adreno 308
I try everything but its still lagging....

i can only suggest to do some common steps.

- clear cache
- clear ram
- turn off background apps
- restart device
- make sure you run the latest os
- make sure you have the latest clash update
- make sure your internet is good enough
- uninstall and download the game again

I go to Settings > Applications > CoC and I go to "Memory " it says me " CoC use 8.6MB of RAM average " Maybe its problem ?
