The clan name is [removed]... Based on looking at the names, they seem to be similar and also they attacked my village from the bottom upward... Also with the same armies (for lower levels e.g. 60 archers and giants) and same armies for (higher levels e.g. golems).

Nothing prevents one person from having multiple accounts. There are even clans which have only one person with all member accounts controlled by that person. That is not "cheating".
