There isn't a good reason to do that. Unless, of course, you gave it away when someone promised to give you their account.
It can be changed by talking to sparky and then support if you use your one-time account recovery. Maybe WotanWotan will stop by and give you the combination to maybe get past sparky.
If you didn't give it away, why on earth would you use your one-time account recovery. Risk answering the question wrong and get your second account banned for phishing? No way I would do that.
If you did fall for the "I'll give you an account" scam, just admit it and ask for an account recovery. Thousands of people have fallen for it.
as stormyheart says - advice not to do it. it will use your one time account recovery and if you cant prove that you are the original creator of your village than you will lose acces to it forever.

But I want to change because my supercell id is connected to my Father account and now I have my own mail that's why I want to change mail but sparky doesn't help guyd
