1m Gold in 3.5hrs???!!!!!!

Firstly, let me point out that I am not trying to complain, just frustrated at the lack of loot available in the game.

Last night i spent 3.5hrs of farming for a total of 1m Gold!!! Seriously there were no decent size loot available.
Most searchers yielded 30-50k available gold. Didn't Supercell promise that it would get better? I've only seen it getting worst. It use to be a joy to play, now its so frustrating!!! Spend half my time searching for bases and seeing my gold dropping. So when does it get better supercell??
I totally agree that it shouldn't be too easy to get Gold but it does get a little ridiculous when you're spending 3+ hrs to only get 1m.

So here's a few suggestions i have to help with looting:
1. Reduce the cost of searching by 1/2 or 1/3. Ie TH 10: 500gold or 750gold per search

2. Credit the searched bases with the search cost. That way the gold stays in the system. So if your base gets searched and the attacker clicks next, you get to keep the search cost gold. The gold can be automatically placed in your storage.

3. Award defensive win with a bonus of Gold for holding up the fort.

What do others think?

Loot has never been so bad for me either, TH10

I am a TH8 and i still am able to find tons of loot.

Agree on 1, even yesterday when I got to put in a rare extended session I found myself requiring the use of next much more than in the past. That is more gold lost out of the system. Not sure how we are going to find better loot, when the amount of gold in the game is the same [just re-distributed] and I'm pressing next more. I'm sure I am not the only one either.

2) They have ruled that one out, not something practical to fight for.

3) Agree on this one, it would give players a little more encouragement to hold their gold when going offline; rather then dump it where-ever they can - which means less gold for the rest of us to find.

I hope your avatar isn't representative of your actual mines, because underleveled collectors are a major source of lost loot potential. If everyone in the game just maxed their collectors it would help the loot situation a lot.

I can't say I'd be unhappy if any or all of those 3 things got implemented though.

There is never a lack of loot in Clash of Clans, rather migration of loot. If loot seems to have dried up, it means you are looking in the wrong area. As I type this I am looking at a 350/350k loot collector raid.

Easy for you to say at TH8, that's where the sweet spot is.

That's just bad luck or you're not persistent enough with your farming
