I formatted my phone.. I added my gmail accounts..
I installed clash of clans .. I typed in my suoercell Id ..
I didnt receive the OTP , I opened gmail and synced my inbox and opened clash...
To my surprise , clash process was killed in the background..
This repeated 4 to 5 times ,. And I have received a 24 hour ban.. Please help , We have a war going on and Iam the leader of our clan!!

next time you login make sure you tipe in the correct associated email account and you look into the correct email account.
this is a good point, i know i was in same situation several times in past, racing against the clock not to let CoC disconnect until i checked email.
is it really sooooooo hard to implement on the OTP window same mechanics as on "contact us" window?? (eliminating the auto logout)

Didn't know it can get banned like this.. Try login with another account and talk to In game support
you are not banned! it is a lockout from getting new verification code for 24 hours. you are still able to play your village on devices where you have saved your login datas.Quote:
