What is the Nick SC announcement thing on the top of the forum?

I'll go with clever.

I'm presuming it might be used to...you know...announce things. Presumably things other than it being a test.
Either that, or they're gauging/guaging/gouging..no that's eyeballs... how many ppl actually notice it.

Yep I'm pretty sure they'll use it for more important things in the future.

Of course by then everyone will have gotten used to it being there and ignoring it, and will continue to do so.

Has any of you actually read it?
