If you purchased it you'd have a receipt number to provide them to prove it.
Only in-game support can help you though.
If you have purchased it , provide the order number to in game support. You can get your order number in your order history in Google play. Thanks.Quote:

ok maybe I didn't purchase it. but don't you guys think the amount of times I contacted support immediately after the offer was over they could have brought it back for me? I've been a loyal clasher since the game came out braaaaaaa

The next 2 Hog Packs that appeared in the shop as the week went on were more expensive.
