If you don't know what farmers are they are people who only raid people with lots of gold with thousands of goblins.
I always loose loads of cash from them. My friends who do it drop trophies and bring down the clans average trophies there are many other reasons but please bann it some how
Until SuperCell gives people a way to play the game at higher levels without purchasing hundreds of dollars in gems, farming will always be there. Without farming, almost everyone at higher levels would quit playing the game because it is impossible to get resources at that level - you need to spend more elixer on troops than you get back for example. This is why people trophy-drop and collect resources at lower levels. It sucks for those being farmed, but honestly it is the only possible approach in order to continue upgrading ones base if they do not wish to spend real money on gems.Quote:

Farming is simply a fun word coined by the Coc community to describe attacking for resources. Everyone attacks and there by gets some resources and perhaps trophies (if you win stars). If you don't attack people to get resources you will either have to buy gems or not advance. Getting wasted by higher level players makes us all mad because we like to think we've created a secure base and Supercell seems to be changing the economics of the game constantly and often times making the game unplayable. I say keep the resources flowing...more available during attacks!

Strengthen your base Man!!! Everyone gets farmed now and before!!! There are more trophy hunters than farmers. Also if farming was restricted a lot of ppl would quit

All this sounds like to me is a but hurt player coming to complain on the furoms about a higher level person attacks them. Farming is the name given to the strategy of collecting resources, not trophies. If you start farming you'll won't be complaining anymore.
