Serious complaining

i jus t noticed that people around here don't get theyr answers and especially people who lost theyr accounts and wants clear answers what to do and what they should expect from supercell... how mutch time to wait and is it even possible to get back theyr account with the wirtten info. (i'm talking about those who linked theyr accounts to facebook but not with gamecenter or google+ ) becouse in account recowery it's written to type 2 villages names, 2 villages lvls, 2 villages clans and townhall lvls, by sending messsage with this sort of information your suppose to get back your old account but for some reason they don't even bother to reply requests...

Did you receive the automated reply with your ticket number? If you did, then you are in their system, and they will try to help once they work their way through the support requests. This can take some time, but they will get to you.

if the situacion came to this and it takes so long for 1 request to proceed why don't they just announce poster or something, invite people to join staff and support center.. i think there would be plenty of people who would love to help COC without paiment, i myself could solve like 50-100 cases per day, depends how busy i would be.. bringing people theyr lost villages back, all u need is to type information in database and look if it matches...

They are lazy and probably we will never have an answer becouse at this point i think that recover village is a big lie. I've never saw some1 who recovered it

i also have same opinions that they give a ♥♥♥♥ on those recoverys becouse they have tons of them and paying attention on how to improove game so people would invest more money .. all about money and 0 about help ;D well that's just my opinions, who knows how it really is ;D

We should start to force them to give an answer by posting all the way

somehow i don't think they look serious to this forum ;D

I imagine it's a pain to lose a village but try to understand there are many players under similar circumstances (not to mention other messages concerning other topics) and we're trying to help everyone to the best of our ability but this might take a while.

If a player did not link his or her village to Game Center or Google+, there's a chance there we're able to find the base but we cannot guarantee this.
What we need from players is to let us know:

- the exact name of their lost village
- the town hall level
- level of the village
- clan name (if applicable)

We also need everyone to send a message directly through the game, so if you lost your village, make sure to create a new one and link it to a new Game Center/Google+; finally, if you're also reporting this either here on the Forum or Facebook, it also helps to provide the number of the ticket you got in return.

Again, we're sorry for not being able to reply as fast as we'd like but we're doing what we can (and yes, we do keep an eye on forum posts :cool:)

Well, maybe then somebody needs to teach you guys how to read - otherwise I cannot explain why there is neither a response to service desk e-mails nor to all the complaints about the "support" here on the forum. You take our hard earned money and should make sure that you deliver the support that people pay for - right now, calling this "support" is a frigging joke. and not a good one.

Hi Sr/miss administrator, I was wondering... is not more easy make a actualization and add an option for recover your village vinculated to the facebook?, I'm sure it's not difficult for supercell and this can do a good job with this problem to many users have. is so simple, you delete the game, reinstall again, click on facebook button and receive a message saying for example: "This facebook account have a village vinculated, you want recover the old village or vinculate this new one?"

if supercell want supercell can do it!

Hello, my 9 years old siter accidently uninstalled clash of clans and the
village wasn't linked to my google+ account, account gmail is
pakvaisiukas@gmail.com, and second is ugniusn93@gmail.com if you need any
of them, i linked my sisters jurga account to my both accounts accidently
by trying to get back my village and after i again reinstalled my clash of
clans and created acount so that i could describe my info about two
villages as its says in account recovery tutorial, my first village that
was lost and i want to get back was connected to my facebook, my facebook
is ugnius norkus.my townhall lvl 7, name is ugnius, acccount lvl is 35 clan
name i dont remember but the leader of the clan was chewbacka i think, also
had lvl7 3 cannons, and 3 lvl7 archer towers, 2 gold storages lvl 10 and 1
elixyr storage lvl 10, also all walls was upgraded to golden and middle
ones to higher tier than golden, had 1 barracks upgraded to lvl8, , and 2
mortars lvl4.second village is lvl 11, name is blablah, has no clan, and
townhall is lvl 3, after 23h lvl 4. I hope u wont let down one of biggest
fans of your game and recower my lost village, thank you :)

but the best thing you can do is to have full reset, when u applyed the update,
for example when u apply the update, the users must be ask gmail id and passwrd or ios game center password so that would be good for all users...

like my issue...my acount TH10 119Level then someone using it, even i replaced all my acount details but they still can open my acount, its sad to say but really its makes me dissapointed.

hello I have lost my village because I never linked it to Game Center.
Village name: littleadi
TH level: 8
Level: 67
clan name: Cali Performers
i was last active on august 26, 2014 at about 3-4 pm. I am terribly sad about this. I thought I had it linked, but I never did. I have emailed supercell this is my ticket number : 5343157
Please help me recover my village

you should also add into the request the date you started playing, where the account was created, what phone u played the lost village on , and if u bought gems, attach a picture of the gem receipt...and also a picture of your lost village....or anything that can help supercell tell that that village was the village u actually created....I got a reply back asking for those... I sent in another request with all those info... request #5345713...hopefully i will hear back from them soon
