From monarchy to republic! And other things to facilitate clan management!

1) Can only one person manage another 49? Simply not.
My idea is to distribute power, creating a republic, where you can elect the president (who will have the same power as the boss), this action can be done for example once a month or every two months. To elect a person this must already be elder, also serves the majority of votes.
furthermore, the appointment of the co-leaders to appoint other co-leaders, an action reserved for the head and the president, should be removed.
Another really nice addition would be the separate chat in the clan, or a chat only for the leaders, one for the elderly and one for all (the classic), avoiding the creation of groups outside the game, type on telegram.

On the other hand, an increase in the benefits of the clan would be appreciated when the level 10 is exceeded, it is also good for every 5 levels.

So you want a new role with more power than co-leaders (not that there is much co-leaders can't do) but at the same time want to take away one of the powers co-leaders have?

I want a rebalancing of the powers in such a way that everyone feels involved in the management of the clan

Looking at societies you never see republics form in a population the size of a village; thus your entire argument falls apart.

Well you are so wrong. Frist I vote for rebublic and second voting is key to make clans finally equal!

I am definitely opposed to this and I think every clan leader will be as well. Imagine working hard for 5-6 years building up a strong clan full of active members just to have it voted away from you. No. Never gonna happen. If you want your own clan you are welcome to start one.

I was inspired by the English monarchy, in fact, if you are the leader nobody can take away the title. This system would lead to the creation of a "president", a second person with the same powers as the head, then they would be a leader and president.

Clans are not countries. Unlike many countries, all players are freely able to leave any clan, at any time, with all their assets. (And no, clan perks are not player assets, they are clan assets). No player is enslaved to any clan. If you disagree with leadership, simply leave.

But if only elders/co leaders could vote this will work out it is your own problem if you are voted out. (This means you make something wrong)

I think we can benefit from the classic clans and the proposal clans maybe Republic can be an optional feature that can be activated only when the leader of a clan choose to activate it there can be also a button that can disactivate the Republic feature

So the only way you'd get voted out is if you're dumb enough to make people elders and co-leaders who would vote against you? Which in practice really means, if enough of your top leadership wants you gone, you're fine with giving leader to someone else...all of which you can do today if people ask you to give leader away and you agree.

This idea essentially means nobody is going to be elder or coleader anymore ever. So essentially, your idea is to eliminate the elder and coleader position...doesn't sound like a great idea.

I've reread multiple times and I'm still looking for the problem this is supposed to solve. The clan leader is the leader. The only thing coleader can't do is demote other coleader and kick the leader. Our leader delegates different parts of clan management to coleaders. For example, I run clan league wars. This spreads the management burden around. To be honest though, it isnt much of a burden. Our clan pretty much runs itself. If people don't like how a clan is run, they can make suggestions, offer to help or find a new clan. The idea of a second leader sounds like a way to try to hijack a clan and / or create unnecessary drama. Wouldn't mind an in-game leader chat though. The third party chat app we use actually works better for me though. I don't have to be in the game to chat.
