Lost 338 dark elixir to a china player with th8 when I have th7 only

I was recently raided by a town hall level 8 player from China and lost 338 precious dark elixir. From past experiences, in gold 1, whenever I attack town hall level 9 or 10 players, never have I encountered one where I could potentially gain that much. And from what I know, the dark elixir percentage that can be looted is very low, even more so when my attacker is of higher town hall level than me. So can someone please help me with this situation ie. explaining how the hell this happened whereby I lost 338 dark elixir, which I have gained over more than 20-30+ attacks, just lost like that to this chinese player. I'm really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ about this

Man, I can already see the flamers coming out on this one so you better hold on to your hat because it's probably going to get ugly for you.

I'm not sure how you are in gold I and have never seen 338 DE available. That is really a low amount of DE to take or to lose. You better get used to the fact that you are going to lose DE in this game and you just need to farm better and faster to be able to keep it. There are a ton of guides on this forum on how to farm DE so just do some searching and don't worry when you get attacked and lose it.

But seriously, 338 is really not much to lose at all. With the new loot system i usually have 350K gold and elix up for grabs to attackers. DE is hard to come by at TH 7, but losing resources is just part of the game. It is frustrating, I know, but you will be losing much more than that if you keep progressing in the game. Just watch the replay to find where your defense failed and try to plug the holes if possible. And, if it bothers you that much and you wanna get the guy back, just lightning the ♥♥♥♥ out of his DE storage 😼

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it, that is very common.

How did you find no DE at gold 1? Gold 1 is one of the best spots to raid DE. 338 is hardly anything to lose- the highest record taken from someone was around 7,000. Besides, DE is hardly relevant at TH7. DE is much easier to come by at higher town halls.

I think supercell needs to balance DE raiding more. My friend took 3k with 4 arch from drills :/

this is like a... contradiction_^not. 338 DE is nothing to lose, well maybe its something, maybe its a lot at TH7, but at gold 1 u cant find DE? if u get only 340 DE after 30 attacks that's like getting only about 11 DE per attack. clearly u aren't trying to get DE, so why complain about it?

I lost 1,200 dark the other day...

It's pretty easy to hit 400+ dark per raid.

Lol man, so many things wrong here. First, if it took you 20-30+ raids, in GOLD 1, just to get 338 dark elixir, you seriously need to work on your farming. Also, losing resources is part of the game, it's what makes the game challenging and fun! You just need to suck it up, because you'll be raided for dark elixir a lot in the future. Another thing I noticed, why do you keep on pointing out the person who raided you is Chinese? Racist-much? Lastly, I don't know what's up with your match making system, but when I was TH 7, I got my barbarian king in about 5 raids, much less than 20-30+ raids, so yeah. All I have to say is suck it up, learn from this, practice your farming skills, and don't be racist:rolleyes:

338 might seem like a lot of de at th 7 but it's really not. You should try raising your trophies up a bit so you can start raiding more than 338 over 20-30 attacks. Not sure what range you're in but if you just move up to gold league 3 at least youll easily find 350 in one battle. Heck go ahead and lightning spell some de storages! but be warned, you start doing that and people with rage revenge you!

SC is expanding to the chinese market so there is the special chinese new year boost going on when all chinese players can gain extra loot from people in different market. Double so is your chinese zodiac animal happends to be the new zodiac animal coming next year. If you look closely on the northwest corner of a chinese players base you can see a small shadowy zodiac animal there, if it has a red lining it means he has double chinese boost going on.

I'm not making the chinese thing a significance, i'm just saying that the guy that attacked me was chinese that's all. And I don't see the reason for flaming, my point is just that at th 7 I've gotten up to 1900 trophies and attacked people way higher up and only ever had up to like a double digit dark elixir loot available to me, yea, maybe 338 isn't alot to you guys, but to me, the issue is the fact that a more developed base attacked me and gained so much whereas, through the many searches for raids that I have done, never has so much loot been available to pillage

I guess the problem was not the 338DE that was lost... But more the fact again in todays global economy it goes to China!

Guess we need for next upgrade the Tesla to target 5 targets when the attacker is from china... Just to balance the game !

There is no way you can gain only 338 DE in 20-30 attacks in GOLD I! Also 338 Dark isn't a that much and you can easily raid 2 exposed Dark Elixir collectors and get twice that much.

You had about 7000 DE in your storage when you got raided.

338 is barely anything. Use lightning spells to get it. It shouldn't take long.
