Try logging out of and then back on to that GameCenter ID. It should prompt you to load your level 56 village...

It says that the ID has been disabled for security and i have to change de password. I do it and i dont get any mail.

i think that i never used GC to play CoC

In that case you'll have to contact Apple support since it's an issue with your GameCenter account that we can't help with unfortunately. If you used a third party to get "cheap or free gems" or gave your username and password out then you may have had your account stolen. Either way, please contact Apple Support:

Same Problem

Same Problem when I play the game on my new iphone 4s, gamecenter account logged in, the alert to load my village with town hall lv7 just did not appear and i was forced to start over. My friend in my clan just sees a new lv3 village when he visits me using the gamecenter friendlist, but when he visits me using the clan list my village is still there.
All the achievements in the gamecenter are still there, just my village is gone!
I tried log out and in, reinstall the game but it did not work.
My village name is Phúc Khang, lv36. Clan 11coedn. Please help!

Village lost

Hi, my son had an account/village with the name 'Maxi'. I bought several gems packages under my Apple ID oarnolds@me.com. Unfortunately my iPad was stolen, I bought a new one but could not upgrade the old software. He now has a new village which is stored in the gamecenter (olivier1972). Can he somehow find his old village ( he doesn't know the clan he was in)? Or can he get the gems he bought earlier in his new village?

If his old village was attached to gamecenter, all he has to do is log into gamecenter and launch CoC and it will be there.

If it was only being played locally, it is nearly impossible to recover that village.

If it wasn't attached to gamecenter/you can't retrieve it, e-mail support at clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and see if they can help recover it.

Stolen Account

My account has also been stolen as well. But in my case I can log into it but as soon as the thief logs in it resets the connection. I have sent supercell an email in the help and support option but I haven't received any feedback yet.

So , basically there are multiple gamecenters attached to my village and I need help to regain full control of my account.

This person is also harassing me as well by joining the same clan as me and threatening me. Please help me resolve this situation so I can get back to clashing.

Irony got my 3thousand dollar laptop stolen with 200dollars worth of games :/
