Undefeated war clan: Ice army in need of some new Fire Power!!!!

We are a relatively new war clan but we are super stable and elite at war. We always max Clan games and havent lost our CWL yet. We donate lots and are pretty active based off of american and canadian time zones. We run th10 wars right now and one of our go-to guys had just quit. So we are left with only one max th10 base which isn't secure enough. We win all of our wars easily because of our base designs and skilled attackers.
What we are looking for: TH10-preferably 40 queen, but we would accept lower. Same goes for infernos, we would like you to have them but without is alright.
Th9 and below, you should be able to almost always 3 star your same townhall level.
Any engineers are encouraged.
Expect a tryout once u apply and a thorough look at your war base.
